My cakes are freshly baked, layered, filled, swirled, piped, drizzled and then I have fun decorating using my own creativity. No two cakes are ever the same. I love trying new recipes and techniques and there’s little I won’t do in search of baking perfection.

Growing up all I ever wanted to do was to sneak a beater never make the cake but Here I am creating bespoke cakes that bring happiness and squeals of joy to people of all ages Across sydneys northen beaches.

Whilst no two cakes are the same, the attention to detail and creativity is given to All 100% and its becuase of this I require 14days notice to sourse & create supplies And toppers.

I love a good challenge when it comes to cakes to get creative and use Not just my truste scraper but a plethora of tools to bring your cakes to life. Whether its sweet and angelic, funny quirky or a little cheeky im up for it.
